Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your BeadR purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how we can help.

 

Unwanted Items (Your Right to Cancel)

 

If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns for unwanted items subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned to us in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Products must be undamaged and unused.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

 

Items Damaged in Transit

 

We pack our orders carefully, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

  2. Email the photos to us at support@beadr.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your name and order number.

 

Once we have reviewed the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

 

Incorrect Use or Abuse

 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been damaged due to incorrect use, abuse, or general wear and tear. Our products are intended for their specific craft purpose, and we are not liable for damage resulting from misuse.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To return an item, please email us at support@beadr.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and the return address.
